Im working on trying to trust my hubby again. I recently found out he was planning on sexing down another women. Im very hurt, pissed and feel i cant trust him.
He told me several times shes nobody and nothing happened. I don’t believe him even thou he gave an Oscar winning performance.
I dont know what to believe, all i know is he felt the need to talk to another women n now i feel like I cant trust him. (Yes he knows women friends arent aloud in our marriage n vice versa)
My question is
If you’ve been cheated on and decided to stay how did he gain ur trust back and/or was it something u had to let go and move on and forgive and forget

In my relationship, he was not allowed to have Snapchat after the stunt he pulled off. He was not allowed to have any girls he messed around with or exes on his social media (minus the girls I know of and is okay with because there’s nothing going on). It took me forever to realized that he was being truthful and not talking to other girls. I would constantly go through his phone while he wasn’t looking and it was a dead end. He knew I couldn’t trust him. But he assured me he was keeping his words and doing things for me. After a while I came to terms that he was doing his hardest to keep me and not messed up our relationship, and because of that I was able to move on past from his lying and cheatings. I forgave but never forgot. I never bring them up again because there’s no need to.

He didn’t even try to admit to it so you don’t forgive him. He will try again. If he confessed and was sorry, then you try to forgive him.
