Discharge HELPP

Okay so I’ve been having this weird discharge for a like 3 months now off and on. I have gotten for every STD possible and everything came back negative. I’ve taken medicine for BV and it isn’t working for me. I need help on what could possibly be going on with my ph balance. I drink plenty of water and I don’t douche or anything. If anyone knows how to possibly help me please do.
