UTI scare???

So I've had a UTI now for about 2 weeks. It's gotten slowly better but still hurts a little when I pee. I've been taking the cranberry red AZO and taking spring valley urinary tract health gummies and it's getting a little better but I'm scared because its been about 2 weeks now. I dont want to go to the hospital because I dont have insurance or the money to go but I'm getting scared. What should I do?
