According to my apps (pre mom, glow and fertility friend) i ovulated 2 days ago (opk) my temp also went back up to 98.8. I just got off birth control a week ago and now i have my period. How? If i just “ovulated” 😭🥺😭🥺💔💔💔 attached picture for reference, this cant be ovulation spotting, its my period 😔
