Test Or Wait

According to this app it says I was suppose to start my period last Wednesday. According to my Fitbit app I was suppose to start this past Saturday. So either way I am late. Do I test now or wait a few more days. I was Young when I had my first one and was already 3 months before i knew I was pregnant.
