Help me please

I kinda like this boy from my primary and he gets the same bus as me. He's been my friend since the day I started (year 5, 3rd term) and my other best friend from primary gets the same bus. She's really territorial around him and I think she might like him. She probably doesn't. My parents don't know but their attitude to me having a boyfriend (I've never had one) is mainly your too young for a serious relationship but we're not going to say no. Idk if he likes me, he's pretty normal around me. What should I do? I have never been in a relationship and I've only had one crush before. I'm 13. Help me, give me advice please.
