Tore but was never stitched..

Has anyone else ever torn but was told they hadn’t? I finally got the courage to take a mirror and look at the down stairs I’m almost two weeks post partum and my labia manora (I think that’s how you say it) literally tore away from my clit. Its a piece of skin just dangling now and I don’t even know who I would call. My OB?The midwife that did my delivery?? I really like my midwife but I’m disappointed that she didn’t catch that before i was discharged.
