How to stop pumping.?

Iv been pumping a week 3 days. Realized isn't for me. How do I stop? I been pumping 3 -3 1/2 hrs 10 min 5 for each boob to ease off the pumping. Could I stop cold turkey?

Start taking Sudafed every 4-6 hours and decrease the amount of time  and frequency. only pump for comfort

Don’t go cold turkey, try cutting a session down little by little. Quitting so suddenly will probably make your boobs painful

Wear a tight bra day and night with milk pads in them to collect any leakage, then when they start getting very full and painful, express just enough to relieve pain but not enough to stimulate more milk, and when you shower, dont let the hot water directly hit your nipples for too long or it can stimulate them again.   (This is what the lactation consultants at hospitals tell moms who choose to stop breastfeeding/pumping)...

I asked the same question about a year ago on here and some of the girls told me to let my breast fill up and once they start hurting to the point where i can’t take it anymore just pump enough to relieve the pain. 
It worked awesome for me. It took about a full week to be completely dried up but it worked.
