4 weeks PP after c-section question

So I’m 4 weeks PP, I breast feed, FTM and after my emergency c-section I bled red and then it lightened up to a brownish grey and then today. I started bleeding red/dark red again?! Is this normal?? I’ve been having BAD headaches almost daily the last two weeks and I’ve been having some sharp pains where my cut is? I see my OB on the 19th. Is this normal? I can’t find anything online about it
