Blood after wiping

So, I've been having kinda rough poops all day. Kinda have to strain just a little to get it all out. I'm 36 almost 37 weeks pregnate I may add.

I don't feel like I've got any open wounds down there and it definitely came from my butthole...

But it only was there the first time I wiped. After that there was absolutely nothing.

I'd even looked with a mirror to maybe see if there was something and I didn't see anything that looked irritated..

Oh and no my poop didn't have blood in it.
