I’m 20 and never had a job job

I’m 20 years old and never had a job job. That sounds really bad and I am ashamed of it but it’s mostly due to the fact that I got my license later than most and also because my parents never wanted me to work and to only focus on school. That being said, I want to make it clear that I NEVER ask my parents to pay for any of my things. I actually get paid to go to school (dads navy benefits) which is also a factor to why I never worked and it has helped me with being able to buy my own car/school needs/basic needs. Although I don’t NEED to work because I have a lot of savings I still feel shitty and embarrassed for never having a real job and would love to gain experience. The only experience I have is a bunch of volunteer work. I recently applied at this place and it hasn’t been a full week yet and I’ve gotten no response. I know this is normal, but in a few days would it be a bad idea to submit another application? I really want a job
