Bleeding, should i be worried?

About a month ago this guy was fingering me. It wasn't the first time it was happening but this time he went a bit faster and deeper and it hurt so we stopped. Later i noticed i was bleeding. It didn't hurt anymore from that point on but it bled a bit for the next couple of days, so i just assumed maybe my hymen broke or smth

About 5 weeks pass and he fingers me again, not too fast, not too deep, it doesn't hurt at all, but a couple hours later i find i am bleeding a little again

How worried should i be? I know the obvious answer is to go see a doctor, but I'm just wondering what it could be, has it happened to anyone else?
