Aching in my uterus

I woke up this morning feeling so anxious that something is wrong, I don’t really have a reason to think that except I had some mild cramping last night right in the center (assuming my uterus) which I haven’t had before. I’ve had some period like cramping on and off but nothing like this. They’re still there a little bit today and I noticed a TINY bit of brown streaks when I peed this morning. My first appointment is Monday and I’ll be 7 weeks tomorrow. Anyone have words of encouragement or advice?
