Are these symptoms normal during pregnancy?

I’ve been experiencing the normal nausea and vomiting but I’ve also been having diarrhea, cold sweats, and my hands were tingling so much they felt like they were vibrating. Is this normal? This is my 3rd pregnancy I’m only 6weeks

I dont have diarrhea, but i have the other symptoms like urs. I hope it is ok
