Anyone have heavy “period” bleeding for 1.5 days and was still pregnant?

So I took a a digital pregnancy test the day of my missed period and it came back negative. Was told those ones need more hcg to come back positive, so I was going to wait another day and see if AF came before I bought any more tests (non digital).

AF ended up coming yesterday early afternoon (would have been 2 days late). It was heavy, which is weird for it being the first day. Usually day 2 is when it gets heavy. Anyway, it started off heavy for about 12-15 hours and then became extremely light.

Now this might be a TMI description, so I’m sorry... but I was going to the bathroom and went to wipe when I noticed that it looked like I had ewcm mixed with blood hanging from my vagina and into the bowl... like stretchy string although string isn’t the right word. I can’t think of how to describe this, but I’m sure if you’ve ovulated like this you might know... but anyway it looked like I was ovulating which I know I’m not, but mixed with a little period blood, but more so ewcm.

My “period” is completely gone now. There were no clots, just a lot of blood at first and now nothing. It lasted about a day and a half.

Did anything similar happen to any of you ladies? Did you find out later you were pregnant??
