Fussy eater?
My little girl is 2 weeks old. I breast feed her from the boob, and my husband and I use bottles as well to give my nipples a break and so that my husband can bond with her too. She’s never had any issues feeding before, but today I noticed that when I gave her a bottle (We use the anti-colic Dr. Browns) she would get fussy while she was eating. It was really weird and happened twice. The first time it happened I thought maybe she had some gas in her belly and eating was making it worse, so I tried burping her, she burped & calmed down, but when I put her back on the bottle she immediately started fussing again. But she was gulping the milk down, so I know she was hungry. When she ate again a few hours later, she did the same thing. We’ve been using the Dr.Brown bottles for about a week now and she’s never had an issue before. I know babies can be picky with what kinds of bottles they like, do you guys think maybe she’s being fussy because all of the sudden she decided she doesn’t like Dr. Browns?😂 I also have a feeling that maybe she doesn’t like the nipple on the bottle. I’m pretty sure it’s a slow flow nipple, but when she eats from the bottle, milk drips out of the sides of her mouth. Any advice on what I can do to fix this?
