26 weeks breech

I had my 26week scab on the 12, Everything went fine, later that night I noticed some brown discharge which quickly turned bright red and came along with some strong Braxton-Hicks! I headed to labor and delivery not sure if Bella was okay or not! They hooked me up to monitors and told me to lay on my left side, her heart beat kept dropping and I continued to have some serious Braxton-Hicks! The nurse checked to see if I was dilated any, she told me “ I can get the tip of my finger into your cervix but your still closed “ what the heck does that mean!?! I laid there for hours while they kept turning me and coming in to run test and swabs, hours went by and the Braxton-Hicks completely stopped as did the bleeding, they had a doctor come in and give me a sonogram which took 45mins , he mentioned to us that she is breech and there was a bump in my placenta under her head, she’s been in the same exact position this entire pregnancy! So I’m worried she’s stuck, the bump is under her neck and her head never moves on the sonograms just the rest of her body 😞 worried!
