Idk what to think

Bryanna

Had my first doctors appt. Im supposed to be 8 weeks but they didn't tell me a actual due date or how far along I am. Had an ultrasound the first one they did on my tummy only thing really visible was yolk sac and tiny baby. Could not hear heart beat. Since I'm obese they did vaginal ultrasound. The vaginal ultrasound I could see no yolk sac it looked empty and it was a matter of a 20 minute difference between the ultrasounds. No heartbeat was detected. The doctor told me im going to have a miscarriage and wants me to have surgery to take it out. They have lots of students there. A student did my pap smear messed it up and the doctor had to come help. I don't know If its the equipment or facility or staff but I don't believe it. I have vomiting once a day which never happened in my previous pregnancies that ended in miscarriage. Only reason my pregnancies ended was because I was stabbed and abused in bad relationship. I had don't believe it just because how could u see more on stomach ultrasound than vaginal ultrasound I know nothing fell out those 20 minutes i was sitting in the waiting room. I feel like I should find another place or go to the hospital. Because every time a heartbeat is detected for me it has been at the hospital. I have done blood work today n go back for blood work on Monday and will get my results on whether or not my levels are rising

Should I seek a second opinion. Could it be that since I am overweight and the people may not have much experience and some are students that my heartbeat and baby are hard to detect. I just feel like they are bootleg because how could I see yolk sac one minute. Then 20 minutes when its supposed to be up closer and more vivid nothing is there
