Pregnant accidentally

I'm not done mat leave yet, I'm on birth control. I have 2 more months until baby turns one, I also live in Canada . I'm not sure i can get pregnant and be eligible for another mat leave. I cannot check my Insurance because I'm on mat leave and didnt pay Into continuing payments while away from work.

A) does ANYONE know what to do

B) I can't afford to stay home without pay. No way no how..

C) tips help anything

ETA: as first comment states, yes that's what I thought but I've had some people tell me "oh you better check with your I insurance and workplace!" But does the government website not say x amount of hours. So which is it because the comments is what had me freaked out.
