I don’t know how to feel about this

So a little back story my baby who was born one year ago this month was born unexpectedly with big green eyes. My family and friends made it big deal. One of my aunts married a man with color eyes but both her babies were born with dark brown eyes and she was upset for a while. Now I’m pregnant again and everyone is just waiting for her arrival to see what color eyes she’ll have. Some even say send me a picture right when she’s born. I’m not sure why my family is obsessed with color eyes but I feel some type of way. Kinda saying if she doesn’t have color eyes she’s not beautiful. That’s all they mention for my oldest and that’s all they ask for this baby soon to be born. Am I being crazy?
