Lovenox to Heparin
Anyone else switching from lovenox to heparin for the last few weeks? I got mine today but I totally blanked on making sure I give them in the stomach just like the lovenox? Also where do you get your syringes? I get my rx at Walgreens and they charged me $1 per syringe so I only got 30 of them, enough for 15 days today. I’m sure they have to be cheaper somewhere else.
