Coming off Cerazette/Cerelle to TTC!

I'm a complete newbie with posting here, I’ve been tracking for a while to see where I am but now I’m coming to the end of my pill (Cerelle) in 9 days time ready to TTC with no.1. 🤞🏼

Ive been on the pill ever since I was 15 (now 28) as the doctor put me on it to ease my very painful period pains! Currently I've been taking Cerazette/Cerelle for the last 3 years and the Mirena Coil for 3 years before that so it's going to be interesting to see how my body copes!

I had no idea about the 'horror stories' of coming off Cerazette/Cerelle until I started reading on the forums, but it does seem to be different with everyone. I’ve had real no problems taking it, my periods come pretty regularly (with the odd extra mini one every now and then which is super annoying - lucky me!).

I've read conflicting advice saying you should wait until your cycle resumes back to 'normality' before trying, and some sources saying you can start trying straight away.

Anyone got any experiences to share on this? How long does did it take for you to go back to ‘normal’ after taking the pill and how long till you conceived?

We’ve both been taking the Pregnacare His & Her Pre Conception for the last 3-4 months already.
