Cleaning the bathroom

Probably a dumb question. Well since my pregnancy my bathroom has really suffered. I can’t tolerate it I need to clean it but every time I do during my pregnancy I get so sick. The bathrooms are small and not well ventilated at all. And I use bleach products when cleaning the bathroom it makes me feel like it’s actually really clean and “sterile” lol 😂 does anybody else have any really good bathroom cleaners that don’t have harsh smells that make me sick like bleach. :/
