What to do with samples you won’t use?

I have this box of formula samples that came in the mail but I (will be) breastfeeding. For safety reasons, I don’t want to meet up with someone to give them free samples. I want to give to someone in need but not sure how to go about it in a safe manner. We don’t have any food pantry’s or women’s shelter within an hour of my home.

i Would keep them. My sister in law gave me a couple cans & i gave them away & now i'm struggling w breast feeding, so i had to buy a can. They're expensive .

I ended up having to supplement a couple ounces a day so those small cans came in handy. If you don’t know, you can only have a can open for a certain amount of time after you break the seal, so if you end up having to supplement a little you won’t be wasting formula

Hold it as a precautionary and if you don’t need it church’s will gladly take them or even an ob will

Hang on to them until you are certain you won’t need them. I didn’t think we’d need ours. I was wrong. But the ones we didn’t use, I brought to a local church.

I held on to mine just in case. We did not end up using them because we made it ebf until the year mark. I ended up with a friend who chose to use formula and gave it to her.
