I Don't Understand

Just about every month I get a different symptom that I've never experienced but I'm never pregnant. This month it's consistent lower back aches, hot flashes like a mofo and my bbt is still above cover. I used both digital/regular opks to track my ovulation, I spiked right after the 1st which is when I got my positive opk. BD the 29th & 31st. I'm 14dpo, period due today but I never test, seeing one line is devastating. Now I'm cramping with light brown discharge, still hot and back still aches. 💔😩😩😩 I'm so over this. I hate my body. I'd be in shock if my temp doesn't drop in the morning. 😢
