I just need to rant!

I just need to rant on here cause there’s nowhere else to! My fathers daughter hasn’t seen her in over 10 months. Walked out when she was a little over 6 months because I moved on from him and didn’t want to be with him anymore! Then I met someone new and he didn’t like that very much! Well he told me that I needed to find her a new daddy cause he wasn’t doing this anymore! He said “if your bf truly doesn’t care that you have a kid, then he can take care of her” and he hasn’t seen her since August 8th of last year! Then back in September I file for child support, we had a hearing at the end of November. Well he wanted a paternity test because he didn’t believe that she was his! Mind you he signed the birth certificate. Months go by and I haven’t seen anything in the mail for a paternity test. Finally we go to our next court date with was June 12th and he makes himself look like a fool! And that he hasn’t seen “his baby” in almost a year and that whenever he tries to contact me I always block him on everything. Mind you he hasn’t called, texted, or tried getting ahold of me since August of last here, so right there you look dumb! Then he’s like I kept her from him once, I’ll do it again! No, he tried leaving once! I wasn’t going to let you come in or out of her life! You are either in or out! Now he’s paying for child support but honestly it’s not worth it. His $51 a week is not worth the fight anymore! Then this past Wednesday he tells his old job that he is moving back to where he used to live so he could be closer to my daughter and that he is going to fight me for custody! You can try and fight me. But you are going to lose. Who is going to take her to her doctors appointments when he doesn’t even have his licenses? How is he going to get a decent paying job when he doesn’t have a GED or even a high school diploma! Oh, let’s not forget that he is a convicted felon. So tell me how you are going to get custody of her?? You aren’t, Indiana is a mother’s state and you have to prove that I am unfit which will be very hard considering I am in college, I have a decent paying job, I take her to all of her appointments, she is with me 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 day a year! He just needs to sign his rights over cause he never wanted to be a father in the first place. He didn’t even bring her home from the hospital because he left to go watch the super bowl with his friends! He slept the whole entire time I was in labor! He couldn’t handle her crying for more than 5 minutes! He left her screaming her head off for over an hour cause she wouldn’t stop! When I was at work and he was watching her, his video games were more important. So stop trying to be the “father” of the year cause you will never be a father to her. She doesn’t need you, she has plenty of people that love her and will be there for her! Okay rant over.
