Vegetarian and craving beef- any tips?
All I can think about is a beef burger... having been veggie for 14 years too! I did start eating fish while TTC and during pregnancy to up my protein but fish isn’t hitting the spot right now.
Anyone had this? Did you eat meat or find a supplement that worked?
I know broccoli and spinach would contain iron but I can’t face them right now 🤢 will force down if required!!
