Gassy foods
Hi all!
I’ve been trying to avoid foods that make my baby gassy ( like broccoli, cauliflower, lentils, but mostly spicy things)... but sometimes I slip up! I’m wondering if anyone knows: after eating something how long does it take for that to go through my system so that it’s no longer in my breast milk? I usually pump & dump for a full day but I don’t know if that’s too much or too little time! Thanks!
