Fitting time for exercise
I need to hear how some of you are able to fit a workout routine Into your daily
. I have the 4 young boys. I barely sleep at night because the baby wakes up a lot. My morning starts at 5 leave at 630 work until 6 and I’m home by 7 get dinner cooking eat by 8 or 830. Get the kids bathed and in bed. I’ve tried working out at night and it makes my sleeping even harder afterwards. I’ve tried working out while cooking but stopping so many times because of the boys just makes me give up. I know there has to be something I can do. Just need ideas please
