Healthy?
I have struggled with anorexia and bulimia in the past. When I got pregnant I knew if I didn’t eat my baby wouldn’t be healthy and it could harm him. So I started eating a lot even if I wasn’t really hungry. After I had my son I didn’t eat for a few weeks and when I did it was mostly at dinner. My mom started packing me lunch because she noticed I wasn’t eating properly. I lost all my baby weight within 6-7 days after having the the baby.
I am 15 years old about 5ft and my current weight is 106.5lbs. Lately I’ve been slightly falling back into my old habits and I was wondering if I should be concerned yet.
