Theres tons of information on keto everywhere.  But that diet isnt very healthy.  My whole family is on that diet, and they dont seem to understand that they should really only be on this diet if they are exersizing regularly. It is a very high fat diet.  It wants you to eat healthy, but add a lot of fat to it.  No fruits, lots of vegs and meats, lots of fats.  
I suggest just eating healthy.  Lots of fruits and veggies, and lots of proteins of any kind.  I eat low fat or non fat everything.  No bread, donuts, cakes chips or candy.  Fruit is your candy.  I lost 25 lbs in 2 months.
