Still pregnant.. help

I had a medication abortion 4 weeks ago at 7 weeks I'm still having really swollen boobs, bloated, joint pain, mood swings, and a bunch of other symptoms and every test I take is positive. I went to my doctor and explained the situation and she said it's really unlikely but ordered an ultrasound. I have to wait for my insurance to approve it but I'm just so confused. Could it be leftover hormones still?? This strong? Honestly I had mixed emotions over my abortion and I find myself hoping I could still be pregnant and think perhaps that might be clouding my judgement. Any advice at all while I wait for my ultrasound is so appreciated. Also I had the copper IUD inserted a week after my medical termination, if that's relevant.
