Helpful stories

So this is a long story , but when i was in middle school i got the arm bar, had it for 3 years and never got a period, got a new one in after that and then started bleeding non stop. So i got it taken out an started the pill, period was all over the place with the pill. Now i am off birth control for 3 months, my periods became regular right away, what are my chances of conceiving soon? And how do i know if I’m ovulating? I know test are the number one way but what are other signs? Thank you for helpful suggestions!
