Please help! In a lot of pain

I’m not sure if I have BV or thrush. I’m pretty sure it’s not thrush and I have never had BV before but my vagina is so so swollen and if I wipe I break my skin and it bleeds. I have no stinging pain when I pee but I can feel my vagina is inflamed and it’s 4am and I don’t know what I can do to cool the symptoms. I am in a lot of pain and any advice / recommendations would really help. Please and thank you guys.
