He might break up with me

So I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years. It’s been a rough 2 and a half years though because he was struggling with drugs in previous years and still smoked a lot of weed and cigarettes so we fought a lot. But he’s changed immensely since I first met him. In good ways. He eats healthy, works out. He doesn’t smoke at all anymore. But recently we’ve both been super busy and haven’t seen each other. Yesterday he was not in a good mood texting me. He said there was something on his mind he wanted to talk with me about tomorrow (today) in person. Well this morning I got on Facebook and he took down his profile picture and removed his relationship status entirely. I think I know he wants to break up with me but I’m so scared because we’ve been working toward a future together, we’ve talked about marriage and having a family. I seriously felt we were souls mates. So it just hurts really really badly atm. I’m not sure why he’ll want to but he’s never ever removed our picture or his relationship status from Facebook, as silly as that sounds it’s kind of a big deal. I just needed some place to vent.
