Do you think since joining CC, that your outlook on certain things have changed?

This could be a general question of if you feel that since you've joined/engaged/lurked the polls/post/comments on glow, in CC, or on social media in general, do you feel that certain members have changed your views on topics/discussions that either were important to you before but you've changed your outlook on it or things that were not relevant to you before have become more relevant to you now? Or you've completely changed your stance on something that before you would have felt differently about?

Eg: politics, anonymity, equality, ect.

Like for me, I've noticed I've become more liberal in my overall outlook on life but there are still certain things I'm conservative about but I've noticed I have an overall more positive view on things because of the conversations I've held with people who have different thoughts and views than myself. There's also some things I've completely changed my views on because of some of the well spoken men and women in CC, and on Reddit.

Since I am surrounded by and converse with mostly conservative people in my day to day life.. I do notice when my tune has changed on specific topics.. one of those being the death penalty. Before I had joined glow or the CC group.. id been more of an advocate for the death penalty vs over time and discussions on here.. I've changed my views on death penalty simply due to the conversations I've had with people that changed my thoughts on it.. in fact my entire view on the prison system has changed due to discussions I've either been a part of or have just stood on the sidelines and read what others felt..

So back to the question, have you changed your views or thoughts on any topics due to the conversations you have had with others on CC, Glow, or any other social media platforms you may use?
