Acne scars

Ok I know this has been asked a bunch! But I have acne scars however I also still have breakouts occurring. I want to try and heal acne scars but I have to be super careful with my skin! It’s so easy to make it dry but it’s also easy to make it break out. I’m weary of dermatologists because I went to one spending a bunch of money and what she gave me didn’t help yet I went and tried one last round of drugstore products and those have finally worked on helping to keep my breakouts minimal. I am 22 and have has acne for about 10 or 11 years so it’s just kinda all over the place. Any suggestions?
