Idk what’s wrong or what to do

All night my 11 week old woke up about every hour wiggling and squirming. She has her eyes chosen though. Most of the time she doesn’t make noises but sometimes she’s makes an “uh” sound and I don’t feel any gas in her belly, I’ve fed her when she wants to eat but I have gotten hardly any sleep & neither has she. Anyone have any idea what could be bothering her or if it’s normal?
