Is it covered by insurance if not how much is it out of pocket been TTC for baby #4 almost 2 years now and I’ve had 2 chemicals in those years never in my history of TTC have I had chemicals and this is also the longest I’ve been TTC I’m considering making a doctors appointment eventually
