what’s wrong with me??
so i’ve always been an active person as i’m in three sports at once all the time and i have a pretty moderate diet and always have
for the past month or so i’ve been napping a lot. at least twice a day for at least an hour each if not more for both!
i go to bed early ( like 9-10 ) and i stay hydrated
my point is what’s wrong with me? i’ve suddenly become a really tired person with a happy, active lifestyle!
(i just woke up from my second nap of the day and it was a 2 hour nap lol)
