I’m 19 5’4 and 170lbs. I would like some weight loss pulls. My stomach is getting fat. I tried working out it isn’t working. Please no negative comments. Just good weight loss pills.

Sadly I don’t think there’s a quick fix like a pill that will give you long-term results. I’m working on this, too! Eating right and exercise are the only way to long-lasting change

Stop looking for a way out. Weight loss is mostly diet, so just excercising probably won't work. 
Eat low carb, high healthy fat and try intermittent fasting. You'll become so healthy and lose weight. Add some  exercise and dong quit, you won't get overnight results. Its a process.
