Help! I’m only 5 days pp, so I know I can’t expect to be back to my pre pregnancy weight or shape. But I was reading up on DR and I need a little help finding exercises that won’t make it worse.
I was diagnosed with DR during my pregnancy, but was too big/too lazy/tired to start a regimen for it, now that I’m pp I’m ready to start and to try and repair my body.
