What signs/symptoms did you have with an ectopic pregnancy?

I had spotting and cramping. It all came on very quickly. I thought I was starting a really bad period because it was due around that time. I went home and went to bed and had shooting pain to my shoulder when I laid down. When I sat back up, I blacked out. If you think you are having an ectopic pregnancy, see a doctor immediately. I waited and I almost died because of it. Luckily my husband was home and rushed me to the hospital.

I had bad cramping in my right groin area and alot of spotting but only after using the bathroom.
