What would you do ?

i just found out that i’m pregnant & i have been feeling very off the past week or two but today i have fever , chills , hot flashes , migraine , & congestion. on top of that i’ve been having pain in my left side of my abdomen but it just feels like period cramps. i can’t get to the doctor till wednesday but i was seriously wondering if this has ever happened to anyone or if you would be seriously worried. (i work at a daycare & steel throat has also been going around this week)
