Confused

So 2 weeks ago my doctor told me I was 11 weeks. Then wait no, 3 weeks. No, wait 5 weeks. And then tells me the baby isn’t developing. Said I would have a miscarriage within a couple of days. Well, it’s 2 weeks almost 3 later and I still have positive test and no bleeding. I told them I wanted another ultrasound to check to see if it was misdiagnosed and they refused. I’m so frustrated on what to do. There aren’t many OB near me.
