No symptoms? 🙁

Question

So I just recently found out I was pregnant after recently having my baby . I literally have no symptoms the only reasoned I tested was because my period was late and I was trying to prove my SO wrong that I wasn’t . Will the test came back positive but other then that I wouldn’t even know I would be pregnant . Estimated from my last period I’m about 7 weeks. Last pregnancy I had sore nipples/breast , cramps , hungry all the time .
Have any one you had literally no symptoms at all during your early stage of pregnancy? 
Did any of you get pregnant right after having the first and had no symptoms ? 
I brought this up with my doctor but he kinda shake it off because he thinks the fetus may not implant good and cause a miscarriage.

Im pregnant now with my first, i found out at 3wks & 5d and i had no symptoms what so ever until i hit my 8 weeks. Then i started to get nauseous more often & tired. I didn’t get all the rest of the symptoms until about 10-11 wks. I think all pregnancies are different so maybe try not to stress it to much and what is meant to be will be. 🤗

I found out I was pregnant when my son was 4 months old. I felt crampy like I was getting my period but never did. which prompted me to test. Aside from that, I didn’t have any symptoms until my morning sickness started up around 6-7 weeks.

Im currently 6 weeks 5 days and i have had no symptoms atal so your not on your own im a FTM ... from around wednesday i have started getting sore boobs and feeling sick byt before nothing
