Implantation bleeding?

So I’ve been having brown discharge for a couple weeks now. I have not bled at all and the discharge happens once a few days or something. I am on birth control and I’m always good about taking it on time/within the hour. I haven’t been experiencing any nausea, but have had some lightheadedness, some cramping, and more fatigued. Also, I’ve skipped my period for the month, so I haven’t had one since May. I’ll take the placebo pills next week.

Does this sound like implantation bleeding? Should I take a test?
