What do you do with your baby when they’re awake?

My little girl is going through a growth spurt and is awake and irritable very often. I used to have a routine of feed>change>playmat>swing>nap
but she’s so fussy now it feels like this doesn’t work anymore. 
what do you do with your baby during their awake times?

I wear my baby when she’s being a fussy jerk, it gives her what she needs and allows me to still sort of feel like I can be a person 😂!  When she’s awake in the carrier I just narrate everything I’m doing, she seems to like it, at least this week 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

Put her in the stroller and go for a walk. The fresh air will make her nap

Talk to her, read to her, lay on the floor with her and do bicycles, toes to your nose. Lay her on her tummy and put new and interesting toys just out of reach and encourage her to reach for them.

Hold your baby. That’s what they want and need. I have a 18 month old and I carry the 2 month old around all day or wear her. Going outside works wonders on a fussy baby as well.
