Potty training? New diapers? HELP!!!! 😨

So my 18 month old son has been doing some body exploring and likes to play in his diaper. He’ll fall asleep with his hand in there and sometimes will pull himself out of his diaper, all while sleeping, and use the bathroom. It never fails to happen. Or he will try to take his diaper off. Has this happened to anyone else? Do
Y’all have suggestions? I was told previously on this app that potty training is too soon for him but he like to sit on his little potty. Idk. Help? Lol

That doesn’t necessarily mean he’s ready to potty train, but it wouldn’t hurt to try. However, you can get him a sleep sack and put it on backwards to prevent him from taking his diaper off when he goes to sleep.

If YOU think it's worth a shot to potty train, do it! Dont worry if other people say it's too soon. I had 2 different doctors mention it being "too soon" for my daughter to be teething, and yet here we are with 2 teeth! 
As for the diaper, when I was a nanny I ALWAYS kept a onesie under all his outfits and pjs, no matter what. That extra layer prevented him from being able to just reach into his pants and mess with or remove his diaper. His parents never did this despite my advice and they were constantly washing his bedding and even cleaning his "paint jobs" from the walls 🤢 
It's worth a shot! But sleep sacks are another great option, if he will allow it! They make toddler ones with the feet and arms free 🙂

Potty training can never be too soon if he's ready. My son went through a phase of taking his diaper off though and it was only went I didnt put pants or a sleeper on him. And if I didnt I would put his diaper on backyards. He's grown out of it since, but he's definitely not interested in potty training at all! Lol
