Milk supply?

Im a FTM, 5 weeks PP and my milk supply has gone down a lot. I had troubles breast feeding and finding time to pump since the day my son was born. He latches perfectly but doesnt always eat. Usually just comfort nurses then falls asleep. I was about ti give up because it gets so frustrating but after talking to my husband and deciding im not going back to work for a while, id really like to try to get my supply back and hopefully breastfeed/bottle feed breast milk more than we give him formula?

My left side has always made way way less than the right even though i was both pumping and trying to feed him equally on both sides..

I do t have the funds to buy anything fancy or amything at all even really but id love to give this a try. If I am not able to pump and my son refuses to eat from me,I usually hand express every few hours a little bit.

Any advice?
